Red Table Wine

Red wine grapes that are left on the vine and harvested late in the season produces a nice sweet red wine that pairs nicely with cheeses, red meats, vegetable and desert recipes. A sweet red wine will most likely have one of the following on the label: Sweet, Sec Off-dry, Demi-sec, Doce, Dolce, Late harvest, Dessert, Doux Dulce. These wines pair well with cheese and fruit forward dishes.

This is a full-bodied red California wine- Intense fruit aromas and flavors of rhubarb and black cherry that are complemented by hints of mocha and vanilla. The plush, velvety mouth-feel and smooth finish round out this blended wine. This is an easy drinking wine more on the dark fruit side then sweet. One of my favorite red table wines.

Sweet Bliss Red from Washington, is a perfect wine for people who appreciate the complexity and rich texture of a superb red wine, but prefer a fruit-forward, off-dry flavor profile. The aromas are a divine harmony of ripe red fruit and subtle toasted oak with deep cherry flavors.
